ENTRY ELIGIBILITY AND ADMISSION PROCEDURE:
RPET & AIEEE ADMISSION TEST FOR B.E. COURSE: Students for the
under graduate courses are selected strictly on the basis of the
Results of an entrance test called Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test
(RPET) conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Govt.
of Rajasthan. The Test comprises of three papers viz. Mathematics,
Physics and chemistry of 100 marks each.
ENTRY ELIGIBILITY:
(a) For appearing in the RPET & AIEEE candidate must pass
the 10+2 level examination of Higher Secondary Education Council
or its equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry
and Mathematics in a single sitting, securing at least 50%(45%
in case of SC and 40% in case of ST ) marks in the aggregate in
the subjects Physics,
Chemistry and Mathematics.
(b) Be an Indian Citizen.
(c) Must not be above 21 years or below 17 years of age on the
31st December of the year in which the candidate seeks admission.
Upper age limits mentioned above are relaxed
to 22 years in case of B.Sc passed candidates.Upper age limit
mentioned in above are relaxed by 3 years for Scheduled caste
and Scheduled Tribe candidates.
(d) Must be physically and mentally fit.
LATERAL ADMISSION TEST FOR B.E. COURSE: Lateral
admission into 3rd Semester in Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) for
diploma holder of the state council for technical education of Rajasthan
at Stani Memorial college of Engineering & Technology held every
year in the month of June - July .
ENTRY ELIGIBILITY:
 Must
pass the Diploma examination conducted by the State Council for
Technical Education of Rajasthan and must secure a minimum of
60% marks in the relevant
branch of Engineering at the Diploma level.
Must
secure a minimum of 30% marks in Mathematics in the admission
test.
